WatchFixer AI

1. ⚡ Hunt with the 1-Click Scanner or Bookmarklet

Click "1-Click Scan Now" to scan Allegro, OLX, Vinted, eBay, and Catawiki for watches needing repair under €100. When browsing on your phone or laptop, use the 1-Click Browser Bookmarklet to auto-load any listing into WatchFixer in 1 second!

2. 🔬 Run AI Diagnostic & Parts Triage

Check the Score (aim for 8.0+ / 🟢 Tier 1 or 2). WatchFixer detects the movement caliber (e.g. Seiko 7009, ETA F06, Miyota 8215) and calculates the exact parts cost (crystals, batteries, stems).

3. 📌 Save to Workbench ("Work on Later")

Found a great candidate? Click "📌 Work on Later". It queues the watch on your Kanban Workbench (Candidates ➔ Inbound ➔ On Workbench ➔ Listed ➔ Sold).

4. 🛠️ Follow the Step-by-Step Restoration Guide

Open the watch details for a clear checklist: tool list, case opening method, crystal press instructions, battery replacement specs, and time regulation tips.

5. 🎉 List for Sale & Log Realized Profit

Once restored, list the watch on OLX, Vinted, or Allegro. When sold, advance it to "Sold" on the workbench to track your cumulative bank profit!

🧰 How to Use Your Watchmaker Toolkit:

• Jaxa Case Wrench: For screw-down casebacks. Always tape the back with plastic film first so you don't scratch the metal!
• Case Knife / Snap-off tool: For pry-off casebacks. Look for the small indentation/notch on the case rim.
• Hand Puller / Levers: Always put a plastic dial protector or baggie over the dial before pulling hands to avoid scratches.
• Crystal Press with Nylon Dies: Measure old glass with vernier caliper. Pick die 1mm smaller than the crystal outer edge.
• Polywatch Cream: For acrylic / hesilite crystals (like vintage Atlantic or Soviet watches). Buff with cotton cloth for 2 minutes—scratches vanish completely!

🛒 Best Parts Sourcing Places:

• Allegro.pl: Best for Renata batteries, Sternkreuz crystals, O-rings, and springbars (delivered in 1-2 days).
• CousinsUK: The ultimate European catalog for exact factory-spec crowns, stems, and crystals.
• AliExpress: Best for Seiko NH35/NH36 movements, sapphire glass upgrades, and sapphire bevels.
• eBay Germany / Poland: Best for vintage donor movements.

🏆 The 4 Golden Rules of High-Margin Flipping:

1. Rule 1: Fast Liquidity First: Stick to models that sell within 48 hours (*Seiko 5, Tissot PR50, Atlantic Worldmaster, Citizen Eagle 7, Tag Heuer F1*).
2. Rule 2: Don't Spend More than 30% on Parts: If acquisition is 120 zł, parts should stay under 40 zł so you keep 200+ zł in net profit.
3. Rule 3: Great Photos Sell for 30% More: After repairing, take 5 sharp photos under bright natural daylight on a clean leather strap.
4. Rule 4: Ignore Bad Deals: Click `✕` to dismiss junk deals so your scanner feed stays clean with only top-tier opportunities.
